Ingredients
- 1 cup Fansi french beans
- 1 cup potatoes cut into cubes
- ½ Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chilis chopped
- 2 small onions finely chopped
- ½ cup tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Start by heating oil in a pan. Once hot add in the cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste to it. Stir this well.
- Next, add in the chopped green chilis and onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the onions appear translucent.
- Now pour in the chopped tomatoes and let them cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn mushy.
- Next drop in all the spices including, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, and garam masala. Give them a good mix.
- Add the fansi and potatoes to the prepared mixture and mix them well so that they’re well combined with the spices.
- Now pour in 1 cup of water and stir it. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes on low-medium heat.
- After 10 minutes, check if the potatoes are cooked, if not, cook them for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked, take off the flame and serve warm.
